Refresh Theme - Footer Help

Hi all,

I would like to center the footer navigation on mobile devices. Tried to research it but cant seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can add this code to theme.liquid file, after in Online Store > Themes > Edit code to do that
