Refresh theme - How to change heading color without changing the text color of the entire website!?

So I want to make my heading color really light to match my logo-- but there’s one option in theme colors that changes the heading color AND the text color at the same time.

Any idea how to make the heading light while keeping the text dark?

1. Go to Online Store → Theme → Edit code → Layout

2. Open file theme.liquid then add this code to above the tag

Thank you so much. That fixed it. However, there is one more thing. Do you have any idea how to do that with the main menu and the other background on the site? I’ve attached a picture.
