I want to add a ‘Related Products’ section to my default product page.
but when I’m trying to add this section no results are found.
I’m using Dawn theme

You can’t add this section as it can’t be added/deleted from the Cutomizer menu. It should be hardcoded to your product.json
You might want to save this theme, create a fresh one and then add the missing codes from the fresh theme`s product.json to your current theme.
