To set up related products on your product page, please help me follow the below steps:

Go to the Products section in your Shopify admin panel and select the product you want to update.

Then, please check if your theme already has a “Related Products” section. If it does, you can add related products directly there.

If not, you can manually set it up using the “Product Recommendations” feature in your theme editor. You just need to enable it and link products or collections to show as related.
