Hello everyone
For my sales channel app, I’m using Rest API for checkout and I’m getting an error in the Checkout API response which is related to accessing protected customer data. We completed the Protected customer data access form nearly 6 weeks ago, both (i) selecting our data use and reasons and (ii) providing our data protection details. Per the screenshots, the app still hasn’t been approved to access protected customer data and we have NOT received any email explaining what we need to do. We thus can’t complete the necessary checkouts from our sales channel app. Could you please suggest how we can determine the issues or have Shopify resend the email explaining what the issues are with our request to access protected customer data?
