Hi! I am working on revamping our website, and decided on the Cornerstone Glow theme. I cannot find out how to remove the vendor name about the item title on the collection pages.

There is a theme setting that you can use to remove the vendor name from the collection pages. To do this you can go to the theme editor and click Theme Settings (the gear icon) > Product Listing > Toggle off Show vendor setting.
It looks something like this:
