Remove Hover Effect On Header - Palo Alto Theme

Hello,

Currently I have transparent header on my website. But when I hover the cursor over the header, the transparent header turns to white and white colored text turns to black.

I’d just like to keep transparent header and white text color as it is.

How can I remove the hover effect from the header when you hover the cursor over the header?

Thanks for your reply, I successfully changed the header background color.

But text color hasn’t been changed.

The white colored text still turns to black when I hover the cursor over the header.

Is there another way to keep white text color as it is?
