Remove the vertical spacing between sections on IMPACT theme

How do I remove the vertical spacing between sections on IMPACT theme as the theme setting only provide options to choose X-small, but I want 0 spacing for particular section. Can anyone help ? Maybe custom CSS can solve the is

sue or I need to edit the coding?
