For my store roamfinegoods.com at checkout, customers are first prompted with the option for In-Store Pickup or Shipping. If they select shipping they are asked again if they want to do a free In-Store Pickup or UPS Ground shipping with a quote. About 60% of the time, the customers gloss over this and just see free and select to do an In-Store Pickup despite living out of state from our brick and mortar store. How do I remove the option for In-Store Pickup after they have selected Shipping?

Do you happen to have more than one shipping option created? The reason I ask is because the note when I select pickup during checkout and if I want the order to be shipped are different which indicates these are two separate rates. Go to Settings > Shipping & Delivery > Manage Rates. If you have the Pickup at ROAM (ready in 2-4 days) as an option, removing it should fix your problem.
As a side note, I’m not sure if it’s intentional or not but your product images are massive and very pixelated if the product only has one image -so large that not even the top half shows up at a time. It doesn’t do the product any justice since I have to scroll a lot to see the item, and it’s also very grainy. It looks great when items have 2 images, but if you check out items with 1 image, you should see what I’m referring to.
