I am reaching out regarding the recent termination of my Shopify account. I have worked hard over the past two days to set up and build my store, and I am not aware of any violations of Shopify’s rules or terms of service.
I received an email informing me that my account has been terminated, and I responded with the requested documentation, including my official ID and links to my social media profiles, in hopes of resolving any concerns. However, I have not received any further clarification or information regarding the reason for the termination.
Could you please provide more details on why my account was terminated and what steps I can take to recover my store? I am fully committed to complying with Shopify’s policies and am eager to resolve any misunderstandings as soon as possible.
