Resize collection image on desktop

Hello,

How can i resize the collection image on dawn 7.0.1 Theme ? It fits on mobile but not desktop ? Btw same issue with the ‘shop all’ bouttons (i deleted it, since i could fix it on both devices, how is it possible to have such a good and well know website and not be able to just drag a case ??) Thanks for any help !!
