Return Email

Hi,

so I‘m currently at the stage where I‘m about to “finish” my store and publish it but I‘m sitting and thinking about one problem I have and before I make any mistake, I would like to ask you guys for advice.

So if the Customer wants to return the Product, he automatically gets an email with something like „we have sent you a return shipping label or we will send it shortly“ (I‘m German, hope you still know what I mean if I can’t translate it well).

But if I want the customer to pay and arrange the shipping back to me himself, he shouldn’t get that email right?

If yes, what do I do cause I can’t just deactivate the email?
