We have recently opened our Shopify website and intergrated Royal Mail click & drop, everything is running perfectly but for some unknown reason Shopify is passing on very large weights when we process the Royal Mail labels. If we do not remember to delete and amend this weight the postage labels will be very expensive.

We have spoken to Royal Mail about this and they are currently looking into the issue but we’ve not had a response back yet.

Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this same problem, and if there was a fix?
