I have an existing alive store with a basic plan. Now I’m planning to launch another store with a friend of mine so my question is.. Can I utilize my same credit card banking info for creating a new Shopify account?
Just want to confirm.. is this allowed or in future will there be any impact on my existing Shopify account?
Yes, you can use the same credit card and banking information to create a new Shopify account for your new store. Shopify allows users to have multiple stores under the same account and provides the option to manage multiple stores from a single dashboard.

Just want to clarify, as you said “Shopify allows users to have multiple stores under the same account and provides the option to manage multiple stores from a single dashboard.”
I might not be using existing account to create a new store. It will be totally different login id for new Shopify account so there will be separate dashboards for both. right so?
Secondly, I just want.. both stores must work separately, the only common thing will be they have same billing info! So, in future if if something happens wrong or any policy violates mistakenly in any of the account, it must not have any impact of other one!
Another example, it could be if my credit card expires after an year or two, and I need to update billing info on both of my stores. I can update my billing info easily, there must not be any conflicts!?!
Yes, you can still use the same credit card for two different login ids and you don’t have to worry about that if something happens with one store it won’t affect the other store and last but not least if you credit card expires then yes it will be required to update your billing info otherwise your transactions won’t go through.
