Sandbox

There seems to be an issue on the site which looks like it is affecting reporting data. I have linked the store to Google including Shopping, Search Console, Merchant Centre and Analytics but the checkout sequence is set to sandbox mode which I understand is a developer setting this appears to be stopping the web pixel from allowing us to collect conversation tracking, could you please update this to enable the tracking pixel to collect the data. Can anyone please advise Shopify are pushing me to Google but I want to rule out Shopify first.

    After disabling sandbox mode, complete a test order to ensure the pixel collects conversion data.

  4. Validate with Google Tools
    Use tools like Google Tag Assistant or Google Analytics Debugger to ensure the pixel is tracking properly.
