It’s obviously a scam he tried getting me to give him my login info and he wanted me to send him money so he could help, but then he kept changing the price. Finally he sent me pictures and videos of his “students” reviews.

If it’s a shopify partner contact shopify support.
If it’s some random online person why is there any expectation that anyone here has to spend time on it; rhetorical.
Just block them and move on and pay the premium for professional help.
