For the last few weeks, the subscription orders we sell are being assigned the status of ‘Scheduled’ rather than ‘Unfulfilled’. This then makes it invisible when I integrate into Sendle (our courier system) so I can’t send them out like other orders. How can I stop this status being applied?

Prepaid subscription orders have a Scheduled status until the fulfillment date is reached. When the fulfillment date is reached, the order status updates to Unfulfilled and you can then fulfill the order.
It’s a status identified from shopify so you can’t change it.
