Unfortunately, after implementing this, it seems that the transition has stopped entirely, and it does not scroll from right to left anymore.

Is there a line that is missing that caused this?

I think I found the issue, I believe your code missed out this so there was no animation.

@keyframes Ticker{to{transform:translate(-100%)}}

Thank you very much for all your help, however there is still the issue of the animation not looping correctly, and the first text seems to get cut off after the second text finishes and moves to the end of the screen.

To solve this, I would like to find out if you know how to change this scroll from horizontal to vertical? I would like it to look like this https://codepen.io/panwron/pen/EmyoRp
