My website theme is “Responsive” and I noticed that the Search bar does not work on my mobile device just the other day. Then I had a client reach out to me for the same complain, so i know it is not just my phone. Wondering if there is a solution? Thanks!

I checked and it seems that the issue with the search function (Error 422) is related to the JavaScript of the theme. To resolve this, I recommend you reach out to your theme’s development team or support to check and fix the search functionality.

Hi Jenny,
Sometimes, we encounter such issues. You can check the draft theme (same Responsive theme) to see if it’s working. If it is, you’ll need to use the code from the draft theme. I suggest opening the old theme in one tab and the new one in another. Replace the old JavaScript file named shop_events… or replace the vendors.js code in the new theme.
