Does anyone know of an application / section in Shopify that makes a “popup” or “box” that opens on the same page, and I can edit what I want in it?
My intention is like the applications of the measurements guide but that I will choose exactly how the button will look and I will choose how to design the box inside it.
I don’t mean a classic popup, I mean a window that opens when I click on some button, in this window I want to put an information page about some product.
There are quite a few apps on the Shopify App Store that can meet your needs for creating pop-ups and can be easily customized according to your needs. You just need to search under the Notification > Pop Up category to find many options. However, these apps mainly focus on beautifying your website through colorful banners, pop-ups for discounts, email list subscriptions, product showcases, etc. When looking at your example, I see that your need is actually quite simple and doesn’t require the complex features of those apps, especially when they are paid and you might not utilize all the features.
According to your example, you would just need to edit the Shopify theme. There is a feature called Shopify’s pop-up block that you can add to your product page. Then, use CSS code to create buttons, drop-downs, etc. You can Google more information on this or outsource this part to a Shopify Partner who specializes in web design.
