Greetings! I’m trying to figure how to make a contact/submission form specific for a page on our shopify that will be for customers to contact a specific member of our staff regarding events; this needs to be separate from the existing contact form that is default within shopify as we will use that for general inquiries. Can anyone put me in th right direction on how to tackle this? it doestn need to be anything fancy - just literally capturing 8 text fields worth of information.
