Send Admin API request update Metafeild-Metaobject

Hi

I have metafeild link with metaobject reference and I want to use Flow Send Admin API to update that bue after reading on shopify site I notice I need to use 2 mutation metafieldsSet mutation to update the metafield and the metaobjectUpdate mutation to update the metaobject

any one can advise
