in contact page in my store, I introduced email support. This email is with the store domain. How can I have an Support email with a store domain? ( for example: support@mystore.com)

You’ll need to declare that inside your domain’s DNS. The DNS you use will have instructions for setting it up, a quick google search should help you locate the instructions for it. Try google-ing “How to setup domain email inside [your DNS here]”
