As a New Year gift promotion, i would like to send a free gift certificate to all my customers on my email list. How do i do that?

Create a discount code for a fixed amount and send them that.

We use gift cards and not discounts.

Discount codes are also very powerful, however there are some limitations, for example.

  • Credits cannot be stored, so customers can only use them in one transaction.
  • Customers can only use one discount code per order.
  • Credits cannot be added to a discount code.

And gift cards can be closely linked to customers.

  • Run promotions where you give customers real store credit.
  • Import gift cards from another platform.
  • Offer store credit instead of refunds.
  • Reward loyal customers.
  • Provide credit to influencers, sponsored athletes and brand advocates.
