Sense Theme - changing size of one image in multicolumn

Hello,

I have a multicolumn section with text and images. I would like to change the width of the red circled image to make it bigger. How can I do that?

When I change the image width in the section menu it changes the width of all images in the multicolumn. I would like to change only the red circled image.
