Hi there,

You can add email sign up to footer from Store admin > Sale channels > Online store > Themes > Customize > select Footer > check option “Show email signup”, click Save button.

you can add email sign-up option from here to enabled the checkbox(Customize->footer)

You can customize it to right by customize CSS code or customize code in footer.liquid file
