Our customer base consists of hospitality companies (bars, restaurants, hotels etc) that have multiple locations.
How can we set up a checkout process that allows them to ship items to multiple locations in one transaction? We would rather they didn’t have to complete multiple transactions to do so.
We’ve looked at a 3rd party app called Multiship but we are unable to install it due to a URL redirect error.

I believe the issue you’re facing is that your items come from multiple locations, so Shopify splits them into separate shipments, which results in duplicated shipping charges at checkout. This is Shopify’s default behavior.
Our app ShipEZ – Shipping Rates & Rules includes a feature called Combine Shipments into One Rate, which allows you to merge shipping rates from different locations or profiles into one total rate so your customers only see a single shipping charge at checkout.
