Some of my clients have been asking about ShipBob, and I wanted to get feedback from people who have actually used it. I’ve seen a mix of reviews online, with quite a few negative experiences reported.
If you’ve used ShipBob, could you share your honest experience? Was it reliable for order fulfillment, shipping times, customer support, and overall ease of use? Any insight would be really helpful before I recommend it to my clients.
