I created an order yesterday, and I received the order confirmation email right away, which is good, but I also received the shipping confirmation email at the same time, which is obviously too early.
How can I change the trigger of the shipping confirmation email to be activated when I entered a tracking number on the order?

I’m glad to hear the order confirmation is good and received in a timely manner. Typically, the shipping confirmation is only sent after you fulfill an order and given the opportunity to enter the tracking information. However, If the shipping confirmation is being triggered automatically, then it’s possible that you have automatically fulfill orders enabled for your store.
Can you check under the Order Processing section (located in the Checkout settings) and confirm whether this is the case?
