cant deliver to address message can some help me with this

This can happen for a few reasons:
1 - The country isn’t added to your Markets
2 - The zone isn’t added to your Shipping and Delivery shipping settings within the General Profile (or custom profiles)
3 - The address is actually incomplete and can’t call a live calculated rate.
If you are able to confirm that your Shipping and Deliveries section within the settings has at least 1 location. A rate for the zone the customer was attempting to checkout. If those are both true, I would confirm it was a true address.
