Shopify Balance missing after reserved funds were released

Hi I am having an issue with shopify and they are no help at all and saying I got my payout from my balance which I never did. The day before I had money in my balance and reserved funds. The day my reserved funds was released I took a look at when I will be receiving my reserved fund and I noticed that my balance went to 0. I had money in my balance and in my reserved funds. I got my reserved funds. But never the money in my balance or notification about it I have all the proof that it was all there as I spoke with an agent a couple days before my reserved funds was released. Shopify is no help and they’re saying that I got the payout which I never did. All of my recent payouts were from recent order which were from the past 7 days. I want to know if anyone has ever encountered a issue like this.

did you get your issue resolved ? i’m having a similar situation. 40 k in reserves and only paid out $300. was told the rest was refunded? no no response
