The generated “Preview your theme” link seems to be linked to the live store, not the local dev theme. Whereas the “Customize your theme at the theme editor” link works fine. If I make changes in the local theme editor, they are not reflected in the "http://127.0.0.1:9292" preview link. I have only been getting this problem since yesterday. I seem to have lost hot reload suddenly too. The only way I can preview my local theme is by creating a theme preview link and viewing that. I have tried running shopify theme dev on a different port, and have also rebooted several times. Any ideas?

I just faced this same problem and solved it simply by clearing the local cache from my browser. Go to the DevTools window > Application > “Clear site data”.
