Shopify closed my store/website without any communication!

Eight days ago, Shopify closed my store/website without any communication and without any warning. Why? Every day, I have been chatting with Shopify advisors, who advise me to simply wait patiently. How long am I required to wait? Shopify closed my store eight days ago! I did not violate any rules at all. My store was running perfectly since I opened it in August 2023. Why, then, suddenly last week, Shopify closed everything without any communication? This has permanently hurt my business, my brand, my customer relations, and my professional reputation. When will Shopify re-activate my store/website and actually respond to my communications that began eight days ago?
