Shopify failure of 12 hours gap before they reflect on my store since 11 days errors not resolved

Its been last 11 working days that i have been chasing the tickets with shopify for the sales that is happening is not reflecting in my store for a good gap of 6 to 12 hours and then suddenly all the orders are rushing back to back.frustrated as we are losing the next day delivery orders due to thsi delay . shopify is not able to help at all. i ahev shared all teh admin errors coming up on my admin.

their support is getting worse day by day. Im facing a similar issue that was reported to me by google and its more than a week. Does anyone know if there is a way to escalate this instead of waiting on the responses to the chat?

We have no help as a merchants , shopify doesnt allows us to escalate the issue further at all. This is not a UK policy we can report to trading standards.
