I use shopify official forms app, and have two forms in my store, a inline and a popup, for some reason they both loading crazy slow, the delay can up to 5-10 sec.. is this normal?? I don’t want a preloader cuz that doesn’t change the fact it’s loading slowly. Can some one send help please :cry:

Their might be conflict of other apps with Shopify official form app or might be the cache issue. You can switch to the lightweight custom third party app to fix the issue.

Shopify Forms should load in 1–2s max, or even instantly for inline forms. 5–10s is likely due to a config or theme issue.

I really understand how bad it’s but i got mine solve by my shopify marketing agency, you can also try them out.

Thank you AiTrillion, I did have to switch to another third party app and it worked, it still takes about 2 sec to load but at least it comes with a preloader and it’s more customizable

Thank you Jenetmarry, unfortunately I do not have a shopify agency, I think you have to be in the partner program to have a shopify marketing agency..? Anyway I fixed it by just switching to a third party app..load faster than shopify forms
