I have not received nearly 2 months of shopify payments payouts. In my account it says they have been ‘paid’ I have not received the money in my account.
I have sent request that was escalated to finance department 2 weeks ago (ticket:33364419) to request to know what bank account they have sent the payments to, as for some stupid reason I cannot view my own bank account number in shopify admin and no one in shopify support can confirm it to me.
No one at shopify financial services is replying to my messages. How can support be so busy that they can’t check the IBAN account associated to my account for over 2 weeks. I’ve been told not to change my shopify payout details as it could cause further confusion. So I continue to receive orders and not get paid.
