As a winery buisness we have been with shopify for a while and have no on hand contact for shopify.
It has been extremely difficult to find a contact as we want to make a major change in our systems and software, so this is not something that can be done by talking in a chat.
We currently use a third party system to track stock.
Our current POS system integrates straight to the stock system as does the online shopify store.
We want to change our POS system and reroute stock through shopify and use shopify as our main source for stock and would appreciate assistance with this change.
I run 2 winery stores just like and yes, we needed some customization. But Shopify POS didn’t handle it well, so we switched to ConnectPOS and have been using it ever since. It manages our stock and inventory directly, so we don’t need extra apps. Their 24/7 support is excellent—super fast and helpful, especially for someone like me without much tech experience.
