I recently had a chargeback fraud. This most annoying thing is shopify wont provide a reference number for the case for me to fight against the bank.
Yet, shopify took the money from my account via direct debit so my bank has no power to stop this. Ebay offers 100% seller protection. Shopify is not only hopeless with chargeback fraund but also creating addtional barries for the seller. I am done with shopify.
