Shopify Markets - Seperate sitemap for subfolders? Google Search Console property?

We are just getting started with Shopify Markets. For are using a /en-ie subfolder to target a specific country.

  1. Is there are separate sitemap for subfolders? If so, where can I find this?
  2. Should I create a new property on Google Search Console for the /en-ie subfolder? Or add the /en-ie subfolder sitemap to the existing property that we already have for our original website?

Thank you for replying. I am happy to stick with the subfolder domain at this point. That was a decision we made for several commercial reasons.

I am just keen to know if this subfolder website should have its own site map and how best to submit this in Google Search Console.
