I’m trying to bulk print packing slips from the Shopify Dashboard - Orders page, but the ‘More Action’ menu is blank with no options to select. This mean I have to go into each order, open and print packing slips one by one.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I am having this exact problem as well, contacted support today and they had no answers. I have since discovered that three other shopify store owners are having the same issue but ONLY on laptops. I can access the “more actions” menu from my iphone so this is what I am having to use for now. I hope they work out a fix because it’s such a pain!
I’m having the same issues, on the laptop this menu doesn’t load. But on the Desktop its fine. Its a pain to print orders in one area and then walk a mile to pack and ship them because I cant do it on the laptop in the workroom.
I’m also having the exact issue- the more options menu is empty so generating a large number of packing slips is time consuming. I am using a laptop when having this issue, haven’t tried a desktop yet. I can generate packing slips on my phone as a pdf but that creates another inconvenience for our printing setup.
I was having the same problem! Shopify Support was unable to figure it out. I stumbled upon the solution by ZOOMING OUT of the the website view on my browser. I went from viewing at 100% to 90%. For some reason, the extra “white space” on the right side of my screen allowed the dropdown menu to appear. This is clearly a developer glitch. I have a wide laptop with a number pad, so the 90% zoom out worked for me, but you may need to zoom out more to get enough space. Hope this works for you too!

Thanks for the answer - it worked for me . Zoomed out - has been driving me crazy for the last week . Shopify support said it was app conflict …
THISSSS!..drove me crazy.
Had to zoom out to 33% in order for “more actions” to work.
