Can someone assist on the following
We have tried creating the Partner payment account since we noticed that this opportunity is available on the website.

While checking the procedure we faced another notification that states that now the new partner applications can not be accepted: 1721201045759 (162 kb) uploaded July 17, 2024 Joxi
Please advise if at this stage there is an option that allows the processing of an application for the payment partner account and why there is different information presented on the website.
