I’ve had my store on Shopify Payments held for over 3 weeks with no response from Shopify, despite repeated attempts to reach out. Every time I contact live support, I get the same scripted responses, with no real answers or timeline for resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam at this point. If you’re considering using Shopify Payments, just know that you might be left in limbo with no real support when you need it most.
