That is a really great question. As the country where your business operates is not supported by Shopify Payments, you should review the list of other payment gateways that Shopify supports, you can select your country from the list to see the payment gateways that are available to your country specifically.

i found the list of countries in middle east that iraq should be one of
them but my country (iraq) is not one of them,
note that iraq is very promising country and i can make many many sales so
please help me activate payments so my customers can purchase my products
successfully
You can create a Manual Payment method and use Cash on Delivery so that your customers can checkout and pay you, Tap & Payfort (the two leading players in the MENA region for that are unavailable for Iraq).
what should i write on additional details box and payment instructions box.

Just keep them Empty, this is how it will look:
Moving forward when a customer places an order he will be shown this option which tells him that he will pay in Cash on Delivery.
so the customer will not pay until he receives his products right?
and how he will pay then?
Try searching for NassPay. it might be the solution. also if you just write " Payments Gateways in Iraq" it should give you some other options.
@Al That will depend on you, you should have local couriers that handle this like Aramex for example. As for NassPay and other online gateways are not supported by Shopify so he won’t be able to use them unless the gateways pass Shopify’s certification and makes them available.
