Hello,
Back in march our shopify store got terminated, we didn’t agree but the decision was final. We have waited 120 days to release our funds, now the payout didn’t come. As advised we replied to the original email to the risk team.
We have waited fo 7+ days to get a reply from the risk team with the message:
Hello, The balance of your Shopify Payments account is in the negative for -$1,397.76 due to chargebacks. As such there will be no further payout.

THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. Our balance at the time was equal to about $30.000 USD. We have only received 14 chargebacks in total, and we have won 5 of them. This is completely impossible and we can’t get any clarification from the team, we are also unable to access our store anymore to validate the missing amount because its terminated.
Anyone that has experienced this before? Where did the complete balance go??? We can’t wait a week every time to get a generic standard useless email from the risk team and we are now in contact with a legal representative.
