When a customer is sent a text receipt from an in person purchase, I have an issue with the shopify POS app sending a text with a url link to an order confirmation rather than a completed order receipt. It isn’t sending a link to what is in the receipt email template.
Shipping line item states it will be calculated at next step.
Also states:
“Your order is confirmed
We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.”
This is a completed in store transaction on the POS app that is fulfilled and isn’t shipped.
Please advise.
