I am looking to get have a tile on my POS system that shows customer details ie tags, email, etc. Details that do not currently show on the home page of the POS. Where do you recommend I get help with developing this since Shopify does not have this option currently?

I have been down the rabbit hole and it’s dark down here. I have “built” it but I keep getting an error message that it’s failing to load and can’t figure out why.

If DIY developing such a thing you really should be either digging into the search, or researching first then posting the technical to the https://community.shopify.dev forums.
Or if you have a partner account also researching in the relevant channels in the partners slack.
Most responses here for DEEP problem will not have any actual depth to them if you do not provide critical detail,
or the replies will just be chatgpt generated words telling you what you already know or want to hear to make you feel better temporarily but not actually fix the problem.
