Does anyone have any experience or insights with integrating Shopify with Quickbooks? I would also like to integrate a barcode system into the mix, trying to make my life easier.
You’re probably talking API integration only. You might be able to get an app to integrate into Quickbooks, but having a solid barcode system too might be rare.
FyreTrail (on the app store) will have Quickbooks integration soon. It has a very robust bar code system, but yes, integrating into QB isn’t there just yet. We’re releasing some major features probably this week extending our purchase order system and the development of these features has really sparked interest in integrating with Quickbooks.
Our app, Mozzo ERP, handles all your backend operations (inventory, warehouse management, shipping). It uses android mobile barcode scanners for stock receiving, movements to bin locations, inventory cycle counting (aka Stock Takes), inventory adjustments, and picking.
We also integrate with QuickBooks Online and Desktop. It syncs Vendors, Vendor POs, Vendor Bills (created from PO receipts), Inventory levels and adjustments with user defined reason codes, Items (products), customers, sales receipts (from prepaid orders) and invoices (orders that get paid later).
We’re not yet on the Shopify app store, but we can do a private app install to your store without issue. Let me know if you’d like a demo.
I would don’t mind checking it out at my leisure, I don’t know if I’m up for necessarily a one on one demo, but being able to take a look at it and read about it would help. I went to your website and it doesn’t look like there’s any information there to read or get familiar with?
