I’ve never seen an app that can handle all aspects of optimization well, I don’t think it’s possible.

There are some apps that help with optimization (Crush Pics to optimize images, AMP by Shop Sheriff to create AMP pages), but for full optimization you need a developer.

In my opinion you can hire a Agency it’s a one time investment.

While using app it takes monthly charges.

or you can do it your Self.
