We have invested heavily in building these stores, including spending $1,140 USD on themes, which is now at risk due to these indefinite suspensions.

I appreciate the feedback, but it’s not as straightforward as it seems.
When Shopify pauses payouts, I’m left covering significant costs out of
pocket, making it nearly impossible to maintain my business. For example, I
need around $15,000 USD monthly just to restock products, and without
Shopify releasing the funds, this becomes a huge burden.

It feels like Shopify’s system is setting us up for failure by restricting
the very resources needed to succeed. Hoping for a fairer approach moving
forward.
