I have 3 question regarding the Platforms Tax Transparency Act - PStTG , which came into effect on 01/01/2023 in Germany & EU and the requires platforms to provide information about their sellers to the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt).
1- Does Shopify plan to share seller information with the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt), or has Shopify already shared relevant data with the Federal Central Tax Office under the Platforms Tax Transparency Act?
2- If Shopify has not yet shared any data: When could we expect data to be shared with the German Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt)?
3- Will Shopify inform its customers as soon as data has been passed on to the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt)?
